    Out of Hours Support

    For our POS customers, we now offer out of hours emergency support until midnight, 7 days a week, for any service impacting issues such as outages, payment processing issues or connection problems.

    Food Module Additions

    We’ve now added probe calibration checks with recurring reminders, pest control logs, and the ability to view your Safe Methods from the staff app, for a safer kitchen.

    SFBB Safe Methods Pack

    Take the stress and handwriting out of completing your safe methods, by using our new wizard in the Food module. You can export the completed pack as a PDF or order a ring bound copy customised with your answers!

    New Admin Portal Now Live!

    We’ve completely redesigned our admin portal with bold new colours, simpler navigation, easier access to common functions, and improved loading times. Try it out now in light & dark mode!

    Booking Widget Improvements

    The booking widget was being squashed on smaller mobile devices, so we've rebuilt it to separate the dining type, area and times, to stack vertically instead.

    Taybl Discover

    A new way to reach new customers is now live. Go to Bookings > Taybl Discover to find out more and update your listing.

    Taybl Tickets is Now Live!

    Our brand new ticketing platform is now live in your dashboard. Take a look and feel free to send us any feedback!

    Hosted Booking Page Improvements

    We've added opening times, food service times, contact details and social links to the hosted booking page.

    Forecast Engine Accuracy Upgrade

    The rota forecasting engine has been overhauled and now factors 23 different data points to forecast more accurately.

    Daily Briefing

    A role-specific snapshot of the day presented to the team when they log in, which you can include custom updates in. Available now under "Rotas"

    Team Announcements

    Broadcast messages to the whole team via push notification and/or email from the "Team" panel. Free to use and available now.
