Point of sale
Handhelds for the floor, a register for the bar, screens for the kitchen and a Hub that keeps everything running when your broadband doesn't.
Everything is chosen to run Taybl POS, and nothing else. No third-party apps to install, no hardware that was built for a shop and adapted for a restaurant. Order what you need, and we’ll help you get it live.

Taybl Hub
When broadband goes down, service doesn't.
Taybl Hub creates its own network and keeps a 4G connection in reserve. Handhelds, register & kitchen screens keep talking to each other, and cards still get processed, even without broadband.
£149 one off, £10 per month for 4G data
- Service never stops. Floor, bar and kitchen stay connected through an outage.
- Cards keep working. Payments run over the cellular backup.
- Nothing gets lost. Order history and transactions are held locally and uploaded when back online.
- 20GB included data. Outages are occasional, and 20GB a month is far more than service needs.
- One per venue. One Hub covers the whole venue (80-150 square metres coverage)
- Device: MikroTik Chateau LTE7
- Cellular: 4G/LTE, Cat 7
- Wi-Fi: Dual-band Wi-Fi 6
- Ports: Gigabit Ethernet
- SIM: Included if ordered, data-only, runs on Vodafone's network
- Data: 20GB included with the £10/month plan
Frequently asked questions
Most of our hardware can be purchased from wherever you like, with the exception of the Taybl hub, due to the amount of pre-configuration and custom settings that we add to the unit. If you have existing hardware you'd like to use that differs from the specs above, please contact our team for more guidance.
Not at the moment. Hardware is a one-off purchase.

Devices arrive unconfigured. An onboarding call is included to get everything connected. It's separate from your standard Taybl onboarding.
Every device has a 12-month warranty. Contact Taybl first, on 03338 80 30 90, and we'll sort it out.
With a Taybl Hub, your devices keep working over cellular backup: orders, kitchen tickets, printing and card payments. Anything that needs the cloud is saved and uploaded when you're back online.
The cellular data plan: up to 20GB a month, per venue. That's plenty for occasional outages.
It isn't required, but we recommend it. A dropped broadband connection is the thing that stops service.
