How much does Taybl cost?

Taybl is one fixed monthly price of £139 covering all three core apps - Bookings, Food Safety and Rotas - and unlimited users.

Are there per-user or per-cover fees?

No. No per-employee charges, no booking commission and no per-cover fees. The price doesn't change with the size of your team or the number of covers you take.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Taybl is billed monthly with no long-term contract - cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day trial includes the full platform - every app, every feature, unlimited users - so you can set it up with real data before deciding. The only things not included are SMS messaging, Voice AI which are paid add-ons. Also, sending emails with the marketing app - this activates automatically as soon as you move on to a paid plan.

Do I pay more for multiple venues?

No - just the same low price for each venue. Our multi-venue features and dashboard is included as soon as you add another venue to your account.

Are there extra costs for SMS or email marketing?

All emails are included for free as part of your package. SMS are charged per message from a credit balance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you'd rather pre-pay by invoice, just contact our team and we'll organise this for you.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime. You can change which apps you want included at any time from your Plans & Payments page. You can cancel from this same page at any time, and export your booking, guest and compliance data.
