Ask guests what you need to know, per ticket or per booking, and choose exactly where the answers appear.

Add your own questions to any event: short or long text, yes or no, pick one, pick several, or a number. Ask about each guest or the whole booking, make a question required, and choose where staff see the answer: door, kitchen, seating board, order, guest profile, exports or dashboard counts. Sensitive answers are held back and all are cleared after 90 days.

What kinds of question can I ask?
Short answers, long answers, yes or no, pick one, pick any that apply, and numbers. You choose whether each is about every guest or the whole booking, and whether it's required.
Who can see the answers?
Only the places you choose for each question: the door, the kitchen, the seating board, the order, the guest profile, exports or dashboard counts. Each place still follows its usual staff permissions, and answers never appear on tickets or in emails.
When do guests answer?
You choose for each question: at checkout, afterwards, or both. By default, questions about each guest are answered later by the guest on their own link. Answers can be changed until the event's cutoff.
