Yes. Taybl covers the same core workflow - online reservations, floor plan, guest CRM, deposits, pre-orders and waitlist - without commission or per-cover pricing, and it feeds your covers straight into staff rotas, which those platforms don't.
Yes. Embed the booking widget on your own site, or use a Taybl-hosted booking page. Both apply your cover limits and booking rules, can take deposits or card details, and write straight into your live floor plan.
Yes. You can require a deposit or hold card details on specific booking types, dates or party sizes, and set no-show charges with a cancellation window so guests are only charged outside it.
Yes. The floor plan editor lets you recreate your real layout, set covers and combinations per table, and drag-and-drop bookings onto tables. A live timeline shows the whole service as it runs.
Confirmed and forecast covers flow into the Rotas app, so next week's shifts are built against expected demand instead of last week's average. This integration is unique to Taybl among booking systems.
Yes. You can bring in guest and booking history with tags, notes and spend, so your guest CRM is populated from day one. We already have importer tools for several big providers, but we can also do this manually for you - just ask our customer care team and they'll import your data free of charge.
Yes. The live waitlist lets staff add walk-ins and text guests when a table is ready. There is also a remote waitlist feature which allows guests to join if their preferred date and time is already fully booked, meaning if there's a table cancellation, it offers the table to the next person on the waiting list. The pre-order manager collects menu choices and dietary requirements ahead of large bookings automatically, then filters them down into run sheets for the kitchen and front of house teams.
