The team set their recurring and one-off availability in the mobile app, shown on the rota builder for you.

Put an end to the back-and-forth WhatsApp chats to work out who can work and when each week. Staff can update their regular availability in their mobile app, plus set “one off” availability if they’re unable to work, but don’t want to take holiday allowances.
