The Taybl Lightspeed integration speeds up service by importing guest booking data, so your servers already know who the guest is, how often they’ve visited before and even their favourite drinks and dishes. But it doesn’t just end there – pre-orders for large parties can be imported automatically to save manual keying by your team and reduce mistakes. Guest data from each visit is automatically added back to the guest profile in Taybl, to build a picture of their favourite items, average spend and length of visit.

Finally, the total spend for the day is automatically exported to Taybl to help the rota forecaster build an accurate picture of how many staff are needed per cover, and assess your accurate wage percentages.
