Scan tickets in the Taybl staff app and see at once if they're valid, used or refunded. No extra hardware needed.

Door staff scan each guest’s QR code with the Taybl staff app on a phone or tablet. Admit, already used, refunded or wrong event appears straight away, along with the party (party of 6, 3 in). Guests without a QR code can be found by name or reference, and live counts show how many are in and how many are still to come.

Do I need to buy a scanner?
No. The door team scans with the Taybl staff app on a phone or tablet they already have.
What if a guest can't find their QR code?
Staff can search by name or ticket reference once they've typed three letters, and, with the right permission, admit the guest by hand. Every admission is logged.
What happens if someone tries to use a ticket twice or one that's been refunded?
The scan shows already used, or refunded, and the guest isn't admitted. A refunded ticket stops working straight away.
