Tickets are matched to the same guest as their restaurant bookings by email or phone number. A guest’s profile shows the events they booked and attended, total spent, average party size, and how long they usually take to buy after an event is announced and how far ahead of the night. Ticket money is only visible to people you allow.
By email address or phone number, at your venue only. Phone numbers are required at checkout for this reason. The match is made when you open the profile, so merging or editing a guest never breaks it.
