Include a meal in the ticket. Guests choose dishes and allergens before a cutoff; your kitchen gets one clear pack.
Attach a menu from Taybl to any date and set a cutoff. Each guest picks a dish for every course, answers any options such as how it is cooked, and lists what they can’t eat. Dishes carry their allergens, so a clash is flagged. Choices lock at the cutoff, you can still change them, and your kitchen gets totals and a printable pack.
Guests can no longer change their choices, so your kitchen can prepare from firm numbers. You can still change any guest's choice yourself at any time, and reminders go out before the cutoff to anyone who hasn't chosen.
Each guest can list the allergens they must avoid and add a note. Every dish carries its allergens, so if a guest chooses a dish containing something they've listed, you see a warning. Allergies appear in a red box in your kitchen pack.
