Deliveries
Delivery notes, logs & temps in one place
When your team receive a delivery, within 60 seconds they can select the supplier (populated from your EHO approved supplier list), products that have been delivered, record the temperature of the products, check the use by date and condition, and submit it.
They can even upload a photo of the signed delivery note for your kitchen and accounts records.

Add and remove users with a couple of taps. Assign roles as required based on the level of access each needs.

One thing we noticed when developing Taybl, is that our competitors always lacked a clear document management system, so a hard copy folder was still required.
With Taybl, your training records, qualification certificates, policies, risk assessments and insurance details can all be held securely, in one easily-searchable place. Plus, uploading documents takes just a few taps.
Diary
The SFBB Diary element is also included in Taybl. Maintenance tasks and issues are included by default along with resolutions.

With Taybl, our plans encourage team engagement, so everyone can play their part in logging deliveries, checking temperatures or even seeing what needs doing on the deep clean checklist in quiet periods. It can also be a great way to show trust in younger team members.
