Why it matters
The booking data that could bring guests back usually sits in a system that was never built to talk to a mailing list. Every campaign here targets guests who have actually walked through your door.
What it does
Auto Pilot triggers
Campaigns fire off real lifecycle events: first visit completed, guest became a regular, guest became VIP, birthday/anniversary upcoming, negative feedback received, and more.
Smart segments, built live
Filter guests by last-visit recency, lifetime visits, tags, average party size, lead time, or your "lapsed"/"regular" thresholds — recalculated every time, never a stale list.
Drag-and-drop email builder
Professional templates via an embedded design editor, with merge tags to personalise each send.
One-off or scheduled campaigns
Send now, send a test, or schedule ahead; targeted at a segment or your whole consented list.
Conversion tracking
Track from email sent through to guest seated, with revenue attributed to the campaign within a 14-day window.
Consent built in, not bolted on
Every send is limited to guests with explicit email consent, with one-click unsubscribe on every email.
What it costs
| Monthly fee | £39 per venue, up to 1,000 contacts |
| Per 500 extra contacts | £10 |
| Requires Bookings | Yes — uses the same guest data |
| SMS channel | Not currently offered |
| Team members | Unlimited, every plan |
Accuracy notes
Marketing is email-only right now — no SMS channel exists yet. There’s no automation literally named “win-back”; a lapsed-guest win-back is built by combining the “lapsed” segment filter with a scheduled or automated send. Revenue attribution is directional, not exact — we call it “attributed revenue,” not precise tracking.
