The daily briefing is a unique feature to Taybl, offering a plain-english overview to staff of what’s in store for the day. The briefing changes dependent on the team member, so for example, chefs get a run down of whats on the prep list, when the first table is due, and of any allergen or alert tables booked. Front of house get an overview of VIP’s, table-touch requirements and tasks to be done.
Yes! Certain parts of the briefing are auto-generated, such as the cover count, allergen flags and prep list, but you can add your own notes to the briefing to keep staff in the loop.
The briefing is shown as soon as staff clock-in using the staff app, so the day ahead is summarised at a glance. Plus, there's no chance of saying "I didn't see the notice board"!
