You add each fridge and freezer by name and set a safe range. Staff record readings from a layout that mirrors your kitchen, then save the log.
What happens if a reading is out of range?
If a reading falls outside the safe zone you set, Taybl alerts you straight away so it can be dealt with before stock is at risk.
How often do temperatures need logging?
That's set by your food safety management system, but most venues check at open and close. Taybl records the time and the person for every reading.
